Cash on Delivery (COD) & Dispatching Policy – Sahar Adeel
This Cash on Delivery (COD) and Dispatching Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to COD orders placed on the official Sahar Adeel website. By placing a COD order with Sahar Adeel, you agree to the terms stated below.
Availability of Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Pakistan only. COD service is subject to courier coverage in the customer's delivery area. Sahar Adeel reserves the right to approve or decline COD orders at its discretion.
Order Verification
COD orders may require telephonic or electronic verification before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled without prior notice. Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in restriction or permanent suspension of COD facility.
Delivery Charges (Within Pakistan)
- Orders below PKR 6,000: Delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
- Orders of PKR 6,000 or above: Free delivery is applicable within Pakistan.
Applicable delivery charges will be clearly communicated at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Domestic (Pakistan): Orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 7–9 working days, excluding gazetted holidays and unforeseen courier delays.
International Orders: International orders are typically delivered within 15–22 working days, excluding public holidays, customs clearance procedures, and destination-country regulations.
Payment at Delivery
Customers must pay the exact order amount in cash at the time of delivery. Courier personnel may not carry change. Refusal to pay upon delivery will be treated as order rejection.
Inspection at Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. If the received item does not match the order, the parcel must be refused immediately. Parcels accepted are considered delivered in correct condition.
No Return & No Refund Policy (COD Orders)
All COD orders are strictly subject to a No Return and No Refund Policy. Once delivered and accepted, the order is considered final. Any exchange, if applicable, will be governed strictly by the Sahar Adeel Exchange Policy.
Exchange Eligibility for COD Orders
Exchanges may be permitted only if the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, with original Sahar Adeel tags intact, and valid order proof is provided. Exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.
Failed or Refused COD Deliveries
If a COD order is refused without valid reason, delivery and handling charges may be charged to the customer. Sahar Adeel reserves the right to block COD facility for customers with repeated failed deliveries.
Right to Modify COD Policy
Sahar Adeel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the COD facility at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be reflected on the official website.
