Complaint & Exchange Handling

As per our Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Customers may be required to provide images or proof of the issue
  • Exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval
  • Processing timelines for exchanges are 14–16 working days

No refunds are offered under any condition. Exchanges are handled only where applicable and after proper procedure.
