  • Once an order is delivered, it is considered final
  • Refunds are not applicable even if the customer requests an exchange or raises a complaint

Standard Exchange Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Product must be in original condition
  • Original Sahar Adeel tags must be intact
  • Valid order proof must be provided
Non-Eligible Exchange Cases

  • Exchange without a valid reason
  • Used, washed, or damaged products
  • Items with missing or removed tags
  • Requests made after the allowed complaint time
Exchange Procedure & Timeline

  • Item is returned and inspected

Processing Time:

  • Exchange completion time: 14–16 working days
  • Timeline begins after approval and receipt of the returned article
